शैक्षणिक योग्यता :-

1. स्किल्ड मैनपॉवर- एनसीवीटी या एससीवीटी से मान्यताप्राप्त इलेक्ट्रिकल ट्रेड या वायरमैन में आईटीआई सर्टिफिकेट या इंजीनियरिंग में हायर टेक्निकल डिग्री डिप्लोमा और इलेक्ट्रिकल सेफ्टी के लिए ओवरहेड सर्टिफिकेट के साथ (हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में पढ़ने तथा लिखने का नॉलेज होना आवश्यक)
2. अन-स्किल्ड मैनपावर- किसी भी स्टेट एजुकेशन बोर्ड या समकक्ष संस्थान से 8वीं पास (हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में पढ़ने तथा लिखने का ज्ञान होना आवश्यक)
3. कंसलटेंट (इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियर) – किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से बी.टेक (इलेक्ट्रिकल)
4. एकाउंट्स एग्जीक्यूटिव – बी कॉम / m.com / एमबीए (फाइनेंस)

Eligibility Criteria for BECIL Recruitment : –

1. For Skilled Manpower

• Salary: – Rs.9,381.06/- per month.
• Qualification: – ITI Certificate in Electrical Trade or Wireman as recognized by NCVT or SCVT or higher technical degree diploma in engineering, And or with shall possess Overhead Certificate for Electrical Safety.
• Experience: – At least two-year experience in Electricals.
• Age Limit: – 18 years and Maximum 45 years

2. Un-Skilled Manpower :-

• Salary: – Rs.7,613.42/- per month.
• Qualification: – 8th Pass any state education Board or equivalent institutional.
• Experience: At least one-year experience preferably in Electrical System.
• Age Limit: – 18 years and Maximum 45 years

3. Consultant (Electrical Engineer) :-

• Salary: – Rs.30,000/- to 50,000/- per month.
• Qualification: – B. Tech (Electricals) from a recognized University.
• Experience: At least five years’ experience in the field of Electrical System

4. Accounts Executive :-

• Salary: – Rs.20,000/- to 30,000/- per month.
• Qualification: – B. Com/M. Com/MBA (Finance).
• Experience: At least five years’ experience in the field of EPF, ESI and Taxation /-

Selection Process : –

As per candidate’s performance in prescribed norms & Interview

• Skilled Manpower Rs.9,381.06/-
• Unskilled Manpower Rs.7,613.42/-
• Consultant Rs.30,000/- to Rs.50,000/-
• Accounts Executive Rs.20,000/- to Rs.30,000/-
