  2. Compressor Attendant :- SSC & NAC examination in the trade of Millwright Mechanic/ Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance
  3. Brass Finisher :- NAC in the trade of Machinist without Shipbuilding experience
  4. Carpenter :- VIII std & the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in the trade of Carpenter
  5. Chipper Grinder :- SSC with NAC examination conducted by NCVT
  6. Composite Welder :- VIII std & National Apprenticeship Certificate examination passed in the trade of Welder / Welder (G&E)
  7. Diesel Crane Operator :- Passed SSC or equivalent examination
  8. Diesel cum Motor Mechanic :- SSC & the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed
  9. Jr Draughtsman (Mech & Civil) :- Must have passed SSC or equivalent examination
  10. Electric Crane Operator :- SSC & the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in Electrician trade
  11. Electronic Mechanic :- SSC or equivalent examination
  12. Fitter
  13. Jr. Planner Estimator (Mech, Elect & Civil) :- SSC/ HSC, Diploma Diploma/ Full Time Degree (Engg.)
